Discover Our MissionOur Foundation
J316 LLC is a Franklin, Tennessee-based strategic holding company founded on the conviction that institutional excellence and purposeful mission are not in tension — they amplify each other.
Through what we call the Dual-Engine Strategy, J316 integrates world-class corporate governance with a deep commitment to human flourishing. Our corporate infrastructure provides the economic engine; our kingdom mission provides the purpose. Neither succeeds without the other.
We operate across domestic and international markets, maintaining rigorous fiduciary discipline while investing in the communities and systems that create lasting change. J316 LLC is a registered Tennessee limited liability company, wholly owned by Christopher Tudtud. Immanuel & Associates Realty Incorporated (IARI) is a separately held, Philippines SEC-registered corporation also led by Mr. Tudtud in his capacity as a dual U.S.-Filipino citizen. J316 LLC holds no direct equity interest in IARI; the two entities operate under aligned leadership and shared mission.
Our Work
We operate across three focused domains — each one reinforcing the others within our integrated strategic framework.
Flagship Initiative
Project Alpha 2 is a $493.7M (₱27.7B) master-planned industrial campus on 4,000 acres within the New Clark City Economic Security Zone, Clark, Pampanga — J316's flagship activation of the Luzon Economic Corridor and the first project designated as a Pax Silica Golden Node — April 2026.
Our Differentiator · Luzon Economic Corridor
Built to solve the right problems — for the right stakeholders — at scale.
MNC-Aligned
Purpose-built to address the operational, compliance, and market-entry challenges facing multinational corporations in the Luzon Economic Corridor — from industrial site requirements to supply chain integration.
Dual-Government Mandate
Designed in alignment with both Philippine government development priorities — including BCDA and PEZA frameworks — and U.S. government development objectives, creating a compliant, dual-market platform.
Long-Term Scalable
Engineered not as a project but as a platform — structured to scale alongside the Corridor's 20-year industrial trajectory and capable of absorbing future phases of growth across multiple nodes.
Stakeholder Problem Set
Alpha 2's infrastructure design addresses the documented operational, compliance, and supply chain challenges of the Luzon Economic Corridor's most critical multinational stakeholders.

Our People
Founder & CEO · J316 LLC
Chris Tudtud is a global supply chain executive with over 20 years of pharmaceutical and healthcare industry leadership. At Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, he served as Strategic SRM Enablement & Performance Lead and Global Logistics Category Procurement Lead — designing and executing the company's worldwide Supplier Relationship Management program across all global business entities, and managing all sourcing for warehousing, distribution, and 3PL operations. Prior to Mallinckrodt, Chris spent 17 years at Abbott Laboratories, where he led Global Logistics & Supply Chain Category Procurement across 130+ countries, directing $750M in global transportation and distribution spend, and played a key role in the multi-billion dollar Abbott/AbbVie separation and transition. He has also served as a global logistics consultant at Denali Consulting Group, architecting centralized logistics procurement transformations, and most recently led Global Procurement and Third Party Management at Cigna, delivering over $60M in cost savings and negotiating $174M in new contracts.
In 2017, NASSTRAC recognized Chris as Shipper of the Year — the logistics industry's highest individual honor — for transforming Mallinckrodt's vendor and supplier relationships into true strategic partnerships, and fundamentally strengthening its global supply chain operations. He holds a BS in Biology from Northern Illinois University, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and Advanced Negotiator credentials, with deep expertise in centralized global procurement, post-acquisition restructuring, outsourcing strategy, divestiture implementation, and supplier diversity.
Chris founded J316 LLC on the conviction that institutional excellence and kingdom mission are not competing forces — they are multiplying ones. He brings the same discipline that transformed global supply chains to J316's infrastructure development, international operations, and mission-aligned investment portfolio. He believes that business, executed with integrity and purpose, is one of the most powerful vehicles for lasting human flourishing.

Angel “AJ” Meneses Jr. is a 24-year U.S. Army veteran — medically retired in 2018 with a 100% combat-related disability rating — who led at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels across Foreign Internal Defense, Counter-Insurgency, Humanitarian Assistance, International Development, and Special Operations. His post-military work in veteran transition support, agricultural resilience, and community ministry gave him direct experience in the systems that either strengthen or fail vulnerable populations. At J316 LLC, AJ leads Project Siloam — bringing military-grade program discipline, deep knowledge of human flourishing systems, and mission conviction to the operational delivery of J316's community development mandate across the Luzon Economic Corridor.
